All sales are made with the corresponding purchase invoice that will be sent by email.


You browse our online store and you can add the items you want to buy to the basket, choosing size and color if necessary (most of the times) and entering the units you need in each box of the size. Once the selection of items has been made, you will choose the method of payment and shipping or collection in a physical store. Before placing the order, you must register by filling in a form with your personal or company information necessary for the invoice, or connect with your password if you are already registered, to finalize your order. Once this process is finished, a message will be sent to your email address with all the details of your order.


All orders are sent through different transport companies, the delivery time being variable depending on the destination location. The delivery time is variable from 24 hours to 5 business days for the peninsular territory (except incidents caused by malfunction of the transport agency). Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Shipments to Spain (Peninsula)

Once the merchandise leaves our facilities, the usual delivery time is 48 hours.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands

The delivery time for the Balearic Islands, once you leave our facilities, is 48/72 hours.

Other destinations

Through the online purchase process, the different shipping rates and delivery times are shown for any other destination (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, International). The delivery time depends on the merchandise ordered, the average term being 5 working days.

Please check your order upon receipt of it, and if there is any incident (cash breakage) communicate it on the delivery note of the carrier. Any incident must be reported within 24 hours.


The return of our products will only be guaranteed when they arrive broken or in poor condition to the customer, and the customer must notify the incident immediately by providing evidence or photographs of the breakage if requested.
